Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Maintain organized inventory records using barcode scanning systems
- Prepare orders for shipment with proper packaging and labeling
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
