Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records in our management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, day-shift work (Monday through Friday).
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
