Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Safely package, seal, and label products for domestic and international shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the storage area organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
