Responsibilities
- Pack & Prepare: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment and delivery.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks using manual and power equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning and verifying inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to and from the facility.
- Work Ethic: Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
- Background: Pass a background check and drug screen (if applicable).
