Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming freight and materials accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Pack and label products for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
