Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to order specifications.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification provided upon hiring).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English for safety and operational clarity.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
