Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis, PA facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging tasks.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
