Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using warehouse management software.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Package and label products for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
