Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 10:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
