Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages and ensure accurate counting (Cycle Counts).
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in the warehouse to maintain optimal flow.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels and shipping data.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
