Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and accurately process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Maintain clean and safe work areas through regular sanitation duties
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing certification training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
