Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise into the warehouse inventory system.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely after certification.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
