Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently and safely to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily operational goals and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and visitors.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with availability for overtime.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tasks.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
