Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack orders using RF scanners with 99% accuracy
- Perform cycle counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shipping seasons
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Dr
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
