Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and safety standards.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and methods.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads within the warehouse efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and update records in our management system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (if required for specific roles).
