Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse and to and from customer delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect incoming goods for damages and discrepancies, and ensure accurate documentation is completed.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms, warehouse shelves, or storage areas to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory levels and update order status in real-time.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not strictly required for immediate consideration.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a positive work attitude.
