Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload shipments from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and tidy to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively with team leads.
