Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products for orders and prepare them for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all packaging meets our standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license required for local driving tasks.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills for scanner use and safety briefings.
