Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Process and verify incoming and outgoing inventory accurately to maintain stock levels.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times to ensure full compliance with safety protocols.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track stock and update digital records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting, sorting, and organizing stock.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
