Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Must be available for immediate start and pass a background check.
