Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Accurately count and verify incoming and outgoing stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and coworkers to meet daily production targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles organized, clean, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to commute to the facility.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
