Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise efficiently to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing routine cycle counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
