Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move products.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with a high degree of accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks, ensuring timely distribution of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
