Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare products for shipment using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise for domestic and international distribution.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Familiarity with forklift operations is an advantage.
