Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise to and from the delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and verify customer orders for accuracy using RF scanning technology.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to safety protocols.
- Organize warehouse aisles and maintain a clean, clutter-free environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills required for order accuracy.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) as required.
- Willingness to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
