Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily quality control checks on outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
