Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
