Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to client specifications
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA and safety protocols in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
