Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and accurately
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality control
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Arch Street facility
- Must pass background check and drug screening
