Responsibilities
- Accurately process, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA safety protocols
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
