Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight efficiently.
- Verify accuracy of orders by picking and packing items according to customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and clutter-free at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
