Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety standards
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse technology systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
