Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders within daily targets
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory systems and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Complete daily warehouse documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts and weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
