Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and maintain organized inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support special projects including seasonal inventory rushes and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
