Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and store inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized warehouse layout following 5S principles
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct daily equipment safety checks and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
