Responsibilities
- Process and package incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety compliance standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
