Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Organize inventory, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
