Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and stage merchandise and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect containers, crates, and other vehicles to ensure that merchandise is not damaged and that loads are secure.
- Package goods for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in inventory control by counting stock and recording daily figures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license (if driving company vehicle).
