Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packaging: Sort, pack, and label products accurately according to customer orders and company standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or discrepancies.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation and a consistent work history are required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
