Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage materials for distribution using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing lists.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipping.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read labels.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
