Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and update inventory records using our WMS system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required by certification.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and process outgoing loads efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various temperature conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for some roles.
