Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for timely and safe shipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Data Entry: Update inventory systems and log daily shipments and returns.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to complete training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
