Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a stable work history.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
