Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, pack, and stage products according to customer orders and shipping specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Perform routine inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) with precision and care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
