Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse facility.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately for timely shipping and delivery.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid forklift certification (if not available, on-the-job training provided).
