Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accuracy of orders.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Conduct inventory counts and organize stock areas to maintain optimal storage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workstations and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
