Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce bottlenecks during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
