Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and easy accessibility.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, or quality issues.
- Prepare packages for shipping by labeling and sealing them according to safety standards.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and workflow targets.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
