Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks.
- Verify and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
