Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and count incoming stock and materials and record data accurately using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and assist in packing orders for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA standards, and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse maintenance and equipment checks.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
